KEDS counts over 600 thousand customers and our goal is to always be at your disposal in any place and at any time. According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity.

These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. Each request is treated with the highest priority. KEDS after handling the request, describes all the actions that have been taken and should be taken by KEDS and the customer. KEDS sends the reviewed documentation to your supplier, who is responsible for giving you the final answer regarding your request.

For submition of requests  and complaints the concrete steps shall be followed:

  1. Appear at the Customer Service counters
  2. Fill in customer information
  3. Put the mark to specify the type of request as described on the form
  4. Print any data that can help you in more fair review of your request
  5. Sign the form and set the date
  6. During the delivery, the official at the counter will give you a reference number, which proves that you have made a request / complaint.

KEDS reviews and addresses all customer requests and complaints. The requests that can be submitted to the supplier and which will be forwarded to KEDS for review, are as in the following:

Capacity increase

Each of the existing customers can make a request for increase of the maximum power engaged from the one he is allowed. Such requests should be made at the supplier's counters by attaching to the revised electrical design of the facility, for which an increase in the maximum engaged power is required. Such cases will be subject to the process of electro-energy consents, as for commercial customers with power over 15 kW.

Request for inspection of the metering point

According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity. These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. 

Request for reading the metering point

According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity. These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. 

Request for meter testing and/or meter replacement

According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity. These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. 

Request for resealing

According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity. These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. 

Request for disconnection/reconnection

According to the rules available, most of your claims as existing customers should be submitted to the company that supplies you with electricity. These requests are accepted by your supplier and then depending on the request, are handled by KEDS. 

Requirements for dislocation of poles, electrical network or substations
