Since the application of electricity outages for consumers, KEDS has had available platforms for consumer information. These platforms are updated on a daily basis, so in the early hours of the morning are refreshed with lists of all customers divided into groups.

The platform where we already have 100 thousand registered customers, is the eKesco application. From this application, once the customer registers his / her data, he/she will receive automatic notifications from the company for everything related to his/her meter. In this case, the consumer will receive advance notifications of restrictions that are being applied due to the energy crisis.

Another platform that receives real-time information on current power outages, as well as future plans, is the map presented on the KEDS website. The consumer must add the residential address on the map in order to receive information about restrictions that will occur at that address.

These two platforms are easily accessible and in a short time, the customer will get the right information. While in the eKesco application the customer registers only once and receives automatic information, on the map he has to register the place of residence in order to get the necessary information.
