KEDS is maximally prepared to have a stable supply of electricity to all polling stations on Election Day.

Over 1300 employees will be engaged from the moment the polling stations begin until their completion. Teams will be available to intervene immediately in case the need arises to ensure a stable supply of electricity. They will be distributed at each polling station so that intervention is immediate for anything that may be necessary.

In addition, KEDS has installed 1000 emergency batteries in these polling stations which will be functional if needed. These batteries will be left to schools for use after the voting.

KEDS also has at its disposal 70 mobile generators, which will be used in case of any unexpected issue in the network so that the voting process continues as planned.

On Election Day, the electricity supply will be monitored in real time through the most advanced Kosovanet program and the SCADA substation control system, which will provide detailed data on each situation created.

KEDS appeals to all citizens in case of any breakdown in the network, to immediately notify the company by calling the toll-free Call Center at 0800 791 00 or by writing on KEDS social networks.
