The new electric grid matches the beautiful nature of the village of Sojevë. KEDS removed the last wooden pole there, completing all the investment works in a new energy network. Residents will now have a stable electricity supply.

During the implementation of this project, KEDS has placed the new medium and low-voltage concrete pillars.

The changes made by KEDS in the village are very welcome for the residents who live there.

The Ramadani family is very thankful to KEDS. They say that they have seen the benefits of these investments.

"We followed the network through the hills and as the wind blew, the power went out. Now they have moved it closer to the road and everything is fine," says Arjan Ramadani.

The housewife says that now there will be no obstacles to developing their small family business.

"I have a small cow farm and we often have to milk them by hand, because the equipment did not work because of the electricity. Now that the electricity has been fixed, we are safe and have no problems", says Mrs. Afërditë.

KEDS is constantly investing in the Ferizaj District. In the last few years alone, there are about 64 projects that are being implemented throughout the district. In the city and the surrounding area alone, 21 projects are being implemented, including the 10 kV lines that will increase the carrying capacities, as well as the improvement of the 0.4 kV network in the neighborhoods within the city and villages.

Such projects are being implemented not only in the Ferizaj region, but all over Kosovo, and according to the Energy Distribution Development Plan, it is foreseen that 250 capital projects will be completed within this year.
