Given that the energy crisis has already hit our country, and on the other hand other factors, such as overloads of the power system and the rapid growth of consumption, have led to planned restrictions of electricity for all consumers, which will continue in the following days until we receive further instructions from KOSTT.

These interruptions according to the plan will continue to be around 2 hours for each group of customers, at different times of the day. The cause that is hindering the timely connection of certain groups is the large loads that are appearing at the feeders during this process. To eliminate this cause, the cooperation of all is required. Consumers who are without electricity, according to the plan of restrictions should have the electrical equipment disconnected or removed from the socket so that the process of reconnecting each feeder is carried out successfully.

Informing consumers about these planned restrictions is done through the eKesco application (https://fatura.kesco-energy.com/auth/login), for customers who have open accounts in this application. Also on the KEDS website, through the map, customers can see the planned restrictions that will occur at the measuring point of the neighborhood where one lives. Also, the media will be informed about the plan of restrictions, after we accept these plans from KOSTT.

We invite customers who do not have an open account in the eKesco application to open it, as well as to follow the KEDS website to be informed about these restrictions.

The energy crisis has covered the whole of Europe, of which Kosovo is a part. Saving electricity where possible is very important. If each of us contributes, then dealing with this crisis will be easier to manage and will affect as little as possible the power system, of which we are all part.
