It is a software system that enables KEDS to monitor and control the network digitally. This system enables medium voltage outputs to be operated online via computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Intervention through SCADA is much faster, more efficient and takes much less time until the network re-functions in case of any sudden interference. At the moment when an outlet that supplies customers is out of order due to an event, the operators located in the control center receive the information in real time. The information is immediately transferred to the teams that are on the ground. After adjustments and fieldwork, the output supply is made immediately by the operators through SCADA.

SCADA operates through its headquarters in Prishtina, which is equipped with the latest technology. The installation of this system, as part of the digitalization of the electricity network of Kosovo has been done to reduce the duration of electricity outages, to reduce technical and commercial losses, immediate response in case of any defect, such as remote control of network equipment.
