Following the selection based on results during the application process, the students will begin both theoretical and practical training, engaging in various company departments. This includes field training and the utilization of energy assets.
KEDS Academy 12 offers all participants this opportunity to gain professional knowledge, enabling them to integrate more easily into both the local and international job markets.
This marks the eleventh consecutive year that KEDS Academy has been organizing such training programs since KEDS began operations as a corporation in Kosovo in 2013. Since then, over 600 students and pupils have been trained, many of whom are now employed and even hold managerial positions within the company.
