The very successful ladies, in charge of the most important departments of the company which have an extraordinary role in the successes of the company, leaders who visibly compete with men, these are some of the women who broke down barriers and reached the peaks of success within KEDS
Teuta Ukshini is another very successful woman, who overcame all difficulties to become one of the most important executives of the company.
She has been heading the Accounting Department for several years now.
"It was a small department at first, but I learned and it helped me a lot to develop professionally, "says Teuta, recalling with nostalgia that time. It shows how she climbed the career ladder.
"I was lucky to have very professional people by my side, who supported me, appreciated my professionalism and my work, which enabled me to get here," she said.
Successes and challenges are part of every job, especially when you start to climb to higher positions and take on more responsibilities.
But what have been the biggest for Teuta?
"I consider the establishment of the Accounting Department, which included the drafting of internal procedures, preparation of financial statements, etc., as my greatest success."
Success is always preceded by a difficult path.
"The challenges are daily, but the biggest for me has been the change of workers' mentality, their adaptation to the changes and the new system. They were successfully overcome ", she emphasizes.
She continues to be part of KEDS as the company gives her the space to practice work with true professionalism and to develop herself.
"Do not complain, but work hard to develop personally and professionally. Women deserve to be heard not because of gender, but because of their contribution to society," she said.
Naxhije Pajaziti- Arifaj is another successful director who leads one of the most important departments of KEDS, that of Media and Public Communications.
Naxhije talks about her experience and how she has reached so far, the challenges, but also for the greatest successes.
”Nothing is ever taken for free. Achieving success is a constant struggle that you can win with dedication, more work and again and again only with work, without stopping, without giving up! Passion for the profession, for the work I do, perseverance and strong will, have brought me here," she says.
Naxhije did not have an easy journey.
"Increasing responsibility and taking on new tasks made it difficult to balance work and family, which required a lot of dedication on both sides, which required a lot of flexibility to balance career with family life", says Naxhija.
She dedicated the successes to her team, without which everything would be impossible.
She also gives a strong message to women, that they do not give up and fight for themselves.
"It does not matter where you go and what do, never give up on your desires and ambitions. You should always have strong self-esteem and self-respect. Every morning when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep, remind yourself how good and how strong you are. And you always pass this on to every girl you meet ", she concludes.
Valbona Kadrijaj, a woman who, thanks to her work, commitment, dedication and professionalism, today heads one of the most important departments of KEDS, the Department of Human Resources.
The road to a successful career is always difficult, especially for women.
But, how did Valbona get here?
”The desire to learn new things, being open to change, collaborating with others, participating in local and international projects, has been a motivation that has guided me all along. These achievements have only one address: Work, commitment, commitment and cooperation with others", she says.
Being a woman with such a great career, Valbona also talks about her difficulties, successes and her journey here.
"The biggest challenge in my experience has been and remains the unwillingness of people to learn new things and to develop continuously. The greatest success of my career can be attributed to my contribution to the development of sustainable and professional systems. By building systems we help involve people in the process, and with that we make them feel valued for their contribution. In order to achieve common goals, the contribution of each is more than necessary", she says.
The opportunities given and the evaluation of her work are some of the reasons why she continues to be part of KEDS.
“The functions and responsibilities of the position I hold are a great motivation for me. The opportunity I have been given and the contribution I make to the company and its employees is what made me feel valued. In the company where I work constantly my opinion and voice are heard. This gives value to my work, for which I continue to work at KEDS ", she says.
And what is the message of one of the most successful directors of KEDS, for other women?
"Believe in yourself, to be yourself, to be part and driver of positive processes. To be an example and role model for young women. Being myself, trusting myself to contribute to change for the common good, is the message I can send to young women who aim to build a successful career. ” she concluded.
