One year has now passed since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Kosovo. KEDS, from the beginning had taken all the measures to protect the safety and health of all employees and customers.

A few days before the first infected case, KEDS had set up a commission to manage the coming crisis.

This commission, with 29 meetings held so far, is continuing to build policies for the protection of workers' health, taking all the measures recommended by the relevant institutions.

The staff was also provided with protective equipment such as masks, gloves and disinfectants and the workers' hours were changed to avoid large crowds and the most sensitive categories were released to work from home.

For a clearer information of compliance with safety rules, informative posters of protection against Covid have been placed within the company's premises, for customers and employees as well.

Although customer access to the company premises is limited, KEDS has taken care of the continuous disinfection of the work premises.

Of course, these measures have been shown to be adequate as they have consistently impacted in reducing cases of virus infection and are contributing not only to maintaining the health of our employees but also to the sustainability of the company and the overall health of the community.

KEDS believes that our physical and mental well-being requires the continuous efforts of everyone, so by collectively trying to respect the measures provided, KEDS is continuing to keep employees and customers as informed as possible.
