Valbona Kadrijaj is one of the main contributors to the establishment of the KEDS Academy program and at the same time Director of Human Resources. Valbona is also part of the teaching staff and in the module she teaches, KEDS Academy participants have the opportunity to hear up-to-date information on common regulatory standards and ways in which an organization should be run in accordance with all applicable laws.

Burim Islami, from a former student of KEDS Academy has managed to advance and become part of the teaching staff of KEDS Academy. As a manager for Occupational Safety and Health, Burimi says the importance of training is always growing. His permanent axiom for students is: Safety First!

The trainer of the teaching staff of KEDS, Fadil Begu, has been part of the KEDS Academy for several years. He possesses a wide baggage and has passed on to students and pupils his experience both in theory and in practice. In the last generation, during the practical part, he mainly explained about the reading methodology, changing meters and disconnections.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Tamer Atabarut, at the same time Director of the Center for Lifelong Learning, at Bogazici University in Istanbul, has been part of the teaching staff since the establishment of the KEDS Academy program. Among other things, Mr. Atabarut said: "I wanted to emphasize that this fruitful cooperation of KEDS Academy between KEDS and Boğaziçi University is very valuable and a good practice of cooperation between industry and university."

Izja Mjeku, is the trainer of KEDS Academy for the last two years has done the practical demonstration of power equipment and many other topics at the Training Center, thus focusing on the development of practical skills for students and pupils of this generation.

Another very dedicated lecturer and close to KEDS Academy students is Professor Kaykayoğlu, part of the staff from Turkey. As one of the leaders of KEDS Academy for almost a decade, with his lectures the professor opens the roads for effective leadership development in the KEDS company.

A very successful trainer of the program is also Prof. Meltem Ozturan. As the Academic Leadership Coordinator of this program she feels very proud of this program, the awards it won and its graduates.

Dr. Aylin Lole is one of the main contributors to the establishment of the KEDS Academy program. It continues to follow in every step the development of the program from the first generation until today. Among other things, she said: “Since the beginning of the project, everyone at KEDS, starting from Human Resources, the Department of Communications, senior management and stakeholders involved in the project, contributed wholeheartedly to KEDS Academy. Their energy is enough for all of us!"

Another lecturer is also Asst. Prof. Dr. Bilgin Metin, who has been part of the program since he started the KEDS Academy journey, 8 years ago. Mr. Metin lectured on the history of electricity as well as cyber security.
