Today KEDS has launched the new website that offers a lot of innovation for customers and citizens of the country regarding electricity issues.

The new website has a contemporary design and offers easy access for the entire public. All communication channels of KEDS are listed on the front page. This is done in order to keep the customers informed about unexpected issues, in case they need to report any emergency call or electricity misuse.

A very important feature is the fact that customers will now see the map of the network works on the front page. Through a visual display they can see if there are planned outages in the upcoming days, which is added to advance the services they receive.

Also on the front page, all citizens can get the application form and all the detailed instructions of the steps needed to become a new customer at KEDS. At the same time, all open tenders of KEDS for various procurements are published, where interested companies can get important details to prepare their bids.

We have also added frequently asked questions to help each customer get the answers to the questions that interest them within a very short time. Our activities in the community are also included where citizens have the opportunity to be informed about the important issues concerning society, the ones that company constantly raises its voice about.
