As part of the network digitalization, KEDS built the Kosovanet platform to monitor any movement in the electricity network. The platform contributes to the flow of work by becoming an integral part of the operation of field teams and at the organizational level.

Kosovanet brought more accuracy, speed and efficiency in detecting each occurrence in the distribution network. Kosovanet is a powerful support weapon that offers much better network operation being at the scene in the shortest time possible.

So, Kosovans have brought KEDS even closer to customers.

One of the main advantages of the program is the localization of calls on the map. This feature provided by the program helps a lot to have a clear picture of where exactly the customer is and saves us time until he finds it, greatly reducing the reaction time of our teams. Customers have benefited from localization and intervention in the shortest possible time interval.

Another good option offered by the program is the storage of operations information and all details, which allows us to create a database of problematic outputs and the history of their appearances at a given output. Within Kosovanet is also Kosova-Map, which provides coverage of real-time outages of all districts and subdistricts.
